The mywellness app will become your most faithful training companion, and will guide you step by step until you reach your goal, thanks to personalised training programmes and video tutorials which show you how to complete exercises.

We love the fact that you can you use this in the Gym or at home and even on the go too as the scope to use it in everyday life is one of high usage. The benefits off using the app in the gym are excellent,as we have been road testing out for ourselves.

Remember if you are using the app in a gym it must be TechnoGym equipment you are using if you are wanting to use mywellness cloud, if yours does not you can add manually on your phone but best results using the same tech.

As shown in our picture below you can see once logged in to the wellness cloud from the screen mounted on to the cross-trainer in the gym,it tells you the Time / Calories / Distance / Heart Rate / Moves / Power,Watts….Also you can watch TV listen to music and even have a screen called outdoors that you can pick so it looks like you are training up virtual hills and mountains.

You can also connect other apps such as Fitbit / Myfitnesspal and many other as shown below…

You will find lots of data that will be tracked such as Moves….

“Move” are the units of measure for movement and you can earn them by engaging in physical exercise.

walking, climbing stairs, going shopping, walking the dog, etc.

To get more “Move”, do some high impact activity like exercising in the gym or outdoors. “Move” measure movement irrespective of how much you weigh, how old you are and any other physical attributes.
