We have been reviewing the mosaic pegboard.

A lovely classic game of mosaic allows a child to develop their concentration and attention skills. The worksheets are visible through the transparent white pegboards so the child can see the image when creating their chosen mosaic.

Pegs are a fantastic way to enhance fine motor skills also.

Stores neatly away in box with carry handle.
Kit includes:
160 x Large Pegs
1 x transparent pegboard
6 x design sheets

Ages: 3-6

As Millie’s grandad was round we thought it would be nice for us all to try it out .
We started out by placing one of the deigns sheets behind into the plastic panel Millie wanted the butterfly one first .
Millie is 3 years old and has a lot of learning problems with her hydrocephalus so we thought this would be good for her to work on fine motor skills.

Millie did enjoy the challenge of picking out the right coloured peg to match the board picture she had no problem with that ,but we did find some problems with some of the pegs as a few would not fit you could see on the end of the pegs where miss shapen .So Millie got a little bit upset with herself as she could not fit them in but we did weed the few that did not fit out so Millie could get on making her butterfly .

Millie is taking instructions from her granddad .
Like how your kids can learn colour recognition/copying with the knowledge they are learning and having fun at the same time .
I have found it very handy as it comes in a case so good for traveling or visiting family .
I remember having a mosaic peg board when I was a kid and enjoyed it very much .
Millie even saw the duck deign and wanted to give that one ago its nice that they can recognize pictures ,I do think that helps as I think it engages kids.
Will be telling Millie specialist nursery that she has given them ago also I sure would recommend them to other friends & family .
